RDL Information

To
access the ever growing stream of data, you will need to download
the EventScope Viewer application and have an internet connection.
In the Viewer, you have easy access to the RDL (Remote Download
Panel). Using the RDL, you can download unlimited new Remote
Experience files (.pse) to learn about and explore Mars. New
files are frequently added to provide access to the most up-to-date
available Mars data.
The RDL is your connection to the MER mission,
the projects being developed by EventScope, and other members
of the space sciences.
Below is a screenshot of the RDL.
The RDL has convenient tabs which allow you to select a category
of files. Within that category you will see a list of files with
descriptions.
All you have to do to is click on the download
icon next to a file name and it will automatically appear in
your Viewer. As long as you are connected to the internet, your
Viewer will notify you as new files become available through
the RDL and you will be able to quickly and easily add them to
your collection of Mars data.
